What if the fire is the light at the end of the tunnel?

The fires turn us to the true Light, even in the midst of great darkness.

It's through trials that we learn and grow.

It's through the painful refining process, as everything else is burned away, that we can become who we truly are.

"Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ's sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when His glory is revealed." - 1 Peter 4:12-13

"And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you." - 1 Peter 5:10

Day 9 of 30.

This is my third time doing a photo month. I've been wanting to do another one for a while now, so when I finished Trapped In Time 2 I realized it was a good time to just commit to an image a day.

I've had quite a few realizations so far through the process, yet am still uncertain how to articulate them all. Which is quite perfectly ironic I suppose, since creating has often been how I process my thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
