Stuck Inside My Head
I’ve always felt bad for bettas, alone in their tiny cups on a rack with hardly any room to swim or move around in. I’ve often wondered what sort of life they have, alone in a cage, when in other circumstances they could have an entire pond to explore.
Then again, we’re all a little like that. Our minds are our prisons, but they’re also our escape. Sometimes our limitations come from the same thing that could be the source of our strength. So many thoughts and ideas swimming around, which ones will we choose to define us?
Are we going to spend our lives trapped in the prison of our minds, or will we let the light within us shine? We can bring our hopes and dreams to life, one idea at a time as we awaken the potential within us.
